40th Sing Tao Inter-school Debating Competition

On 9 November 2024, four members of our English Debating Team - 3M Leung Hei Wun Venus, 3Ma Lo Lok Yiu, 2M Chan Tsz Ching Cherry, and 2Ma Chan Yin Nam - hosted the First Preliminary Round of the 40th Sing Tao Inter-school Debating Competition. As the emcees and timekeepers for the six contests that day, the students demonstrated calm confidence in their roles while actively gaining experience in competitive debating.

On the same day, 6Ma Chan Uen Sum, 5M Ku Cheuk Wing, and 4Ma Hau Choi Ying Jasmine represented our school in the competition. Their language and analytical skills were showcased in a debate within an authentic social context, with 6Ma Chan Uen Sum being awarded Best Debater of the match.
