First Aid and Adult CPR Certificate Course

On 16^th April 2025, the Medical Club successfully organized the Introduction to First Aid and CPR Certificate Course (IFA) in collaboration with Hong Kong St. John Ambulance. Conducted in English as the Medium of Instruction (EMI), the course aimed to equip students with foundational medical knowledge, practical emergency response skills, and the competence to serve the community when needed.

Participants received hands-on training in essential First Aid procedures, including the control of bleeding, fracture management, airway obstruction, and the handling of medical emergencies such as asthma attacks, heart conditions, shock, epilepsy, and heat-related illnesses. The course also emphasized the importance of a timely and structured response during crises.
