MedCare Festival: Aroma Stone Wellness Workshop

As part of MedCare Festival 2026, the Aroma Stone Wellness Workshop was held on 13 October 2026 in the Chemistry Laboratory for our SCSG girls. The workshop aimed to introduce students to aromatherapy and its connection with relaxation and emotional well-being, encourage simple self-care practices, and support the Festival theme "Restore · Unite · Thrive." During the workshop, students learned about different scents and essential oils before creating their own aroma stones to take home. Through this hands-on experience, students were encouraged to slow down, relax, and develop greater awareness of caring for their physical and mental well-being.
