Shuttlecock Sports Demonstration

Date: 07/09/2026

On 7 September 2026, our school invited three coaches from the Shuttlecock Association of Hong Kong, China to deliver a sports demonstration in the JMB Hall. F.1 students were introduced to basic shuttlecock techniques and competition rules, and they also took part in hands-on practice sessions to try the sport themselves. The activity enhanced students' coordination and enthusiasm for physical activity, while deepening their understanding of shuttlecock play.
